Philosophy
Dogs can be saved!
There is no breed of dog that is vicious.
Most breeds that are outlawed
or have a bad reputation are misunderstood. Whether you have a
Pit Bull or a Toy Poodle, your dog can achieve a stable or
unstable state
of mind depending on the role you take within the pack. Wild dogs
and wolves don't develop issues. The issues we have with our dogs
are a
result of the human influence.
Your dog is an animal and has needs
that are very different than a human's. Until humans recognize
and fulfill those needs, dogs will continue to end up in
shelters, destroyed
or abandoned.
I believe that almost every dog can be saved. Humans
who are committed to their dogs and willing to recognize that
they may harbor misconceptions about what a dog needs to
be happy will
see improvement in their dog's behavior, as long as the humans
follow through.
There are no quick fixes, but dogs live in the present. Because
they are lucky enough to be able to let go of the past,
your dog's rehabilitation
can begin today!
- Don't destroy your dog or give your dog away.
- There is hope
in dog rehabilitation.
- Any dog breed can be helped.
- Leadership Training is successful for humans and dogs.

"I truly believe that all dogs can be
helped. There are no evil dogs, and there are very few dogs who cannot
be rehabilitated regardless of their past behavior and/or breed."
